I’m Kay, and I am so glad you found me
I created Banded Collective out of both passion and necessity. I needed more than just inspiration. I needed a practical, sustainable way to support my family using the skills and experience I already had.
With a background in health care, counselling, coaching, and leadership, I had spent years mentoring others and helping women grow. I knew there were so many more who were stuck in the “how.” That’s where this journey began.
