These guidelines are here to keep things clear and protect the way these templates are used, while still giving you the flexibility to make them your own and use them with your clients.

✅ You can:

  • Edit and customize everything to match your brand, business, and coaching

  • Add your own content, frameworks, and exercises to match your coaching approach

  • Use product as a lead magnet or gift in a flattened format only (PDF or JPG)

  • Share with your clients as part of your coaching or business (PDF, JPG, or printed format only)

  • Use them in your sessions, programs, or memberships (PDF, JPG, or printed format only)

  • Combine and adapt the templates to create your own client resources (PDF, JPG, or printed format only)

❌ You cannot:

  • Share the Canva templates themselves, even if you’ve significantly modified them

  • Sell or resell the Canva templates or any part of them

  • Sell or resell the PDFs, JPGs, printouts, or any exported versions created from these templates

  • Claim the templates as your own or attempt to trademark or register them or any versions created from them
